Service Description

We will design and deliver a responsive website for the client, including a single domain registration (first year), hosting setup, HTTPS certificate, and basic on-page SEO. The standard plan price is ₹2999.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before development begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through secure third-party gateways. All prices are in INR.

Delivery & Timeline

Typical delivery is within 3–7 business days after receipt of all necessary materials from the client (text, images, access to domain or hosting where applicable). Delays in client replies may extend delivery times.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, images, and brand material in a timely manner.
• Confirm approvals and feedback within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure they have the right to use supplied images and content.

Ownership & IP

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered website files. We retain the right to reuse generic code and design patterns that are not unique to the client project unless a separate agreement transfers all IP rights.

Support & Maintenance

Free maintenance (bug fixes & minor updates) for 30 days from delivery is included. Larger updates, feature additions, or redesigns are billed separately.

Termination & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, refunds are only provided under limited circumstances and within the timeframe specified in the Refund Policy.
