Refund Policy
We strive to deliver quality work. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our refund and cancellation policy.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only considered if a written refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and no development work has commenced. "Commencement of work" includes any project setup, domain registration, hosting activation, or design work.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Any work already performed on the project.
- Domain registration or hosting costs already incurred on behalf of the client.
- Failure to supply required materials in time by the client.
- Change of mind after project acceptance/delivery.
Cancellation After Work Begins
If you cancel after work has started, refunds will not be provided. In some cases, a partial credit may be offered at our discretion, subject to expenses and time already invested.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email adjustwebsite@gamil.com with your order details and reason for refund. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. The effective date is shown at the top of the policy.
